AMAZING Customer service. We went in looking for a large 8 person table for our dining room. Natalie P is amazing to work with. She was patient and extremely knowledgeable. Don’t waste your time going to Ashley’s we walked around the entire store without being greeted. My wife and I come from managing sales and it was extremely refreshing to see someone care about their customers and actively want to earn our business. We were so please we are going home to measure to upgrade our upstairs furniture.

Victor was Amazing! We just purchased a new king mattress, adjustable base, and headboard set. I had no intention of purchasing that day and honestly had my heart set on a Sleep Number Bed! Victor was so informative, and trust worthy. He had my best intentions at heart not just a sale! He saved me a ton..of money and I'm so excited for my new set to arrive! Thank you Victor!! Huge selection of highly customizable furniture, of you're willing to wait 24 weeks (currently) for delivery on special order items. That's on the manufacturer though, the store can't do anything about it, and kudos to the store for being up-front about it. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I had a pleasant time shopping here and would definitely go back.

We had a great experience here. My partner and I spent an entire day visiting all the furniture stores in the southern MSP suburbs and this one was the best. Plenty of salespeople around though they don’t overwhelm/annoy you. We were helped by Hector who was the most helpful of any salesperson we talked to all day. We had issues with some pushy sellers at other stores like Ashley. His style was laid back while still being very informative. We left the store without buying anything, though expressed interest in a sectional, and told him we needed to visit the other stores on our list. He was understanding and gave us his information if we decided to come back. We finished our store visits and didn’t find anything better than what we had seen at this store so we headed back and let him know. When we got to the store he had everything ready for us to go at the desk. Hector is also the store manager and clearly sets a high standard for his store/employees. 10/10 will purchase from here again.

Purchased a new bedroom set from Hector Riviera. He was very easy to work with, insightful, and happily answered all our questions. If you’d like to take your items home and set them up at the convenience of your schedule, our Free Pickup option is a great one for you. With this service you can order your items online and pick them up at one of our convenient distribution centers located in Fridley, MN, Fargo, ND and Sioux Falls, SD. There are a few things you should keep in mind when placing an order for pickup.
How to Place an Order for Free Pickup
Start by selecting the location you’d like to pick up your items at and then select the Confirm Pickup.
What to Expect
Your items may not be available for immediate pickup. Once your items are available, you will be notified that your purchase may be picked up at the location selected at the time of your purchase.
In advance of all pickups, we ask that you notify the store and/or distribution center of what time you will be picking up your purchase. This allows us to ensure that your purchase is safely prepared for you to take it home and for our team to be readily available to help you carefully load your items.
For secure transportation, keep in mind that all merchandise will be fully packaged and therefore, may not be assembled. If you choose, you can request to inspect the merchandise before taking items home.
The purchase must be paid in full at or before pickup. To help us ensure the pickup process is seamless, please bring your receipt to the store and/or distribution center. An associate will verify your purchase and help coordinate your pickup.

Our In-Home Delivery service is available with any size order for just one low fee, if you need assistance setting-up your furniture and/or mattresses, we’ll work to make accommodations. Once you’ve found your perfect styles, our team starts finding the smartest route to get your purchase to you. We know that you’re eager to receive your new items, so we work hard to deliver your purchase in a timely manner and with care. To help us provide you with an exceptional experience, there are a few things you should know.
How to Place a Delivery Order
To determine what delivery options are available, you will be asked for your zip code while checking out. If your home is in one of the many areas where we offer In-Home Delivery, you will receive a delivery fee as part of your total purchase. For customers with homes in zip codes that we offer Free Drop Off, you will not pay any drop off fees as part of your total purchase. Customers in select zip codes will qualify for our Drop Off Delivery and at the time of purchase, you will receive a delivery fee as part of your total purchase.
What to Expect
You will be provided with an estimated delivery date based on the availability and stock levels of the items you purchase. If your merchandise is not in stock at the time of your purchase, we will contact you when it becomes available to schedule a delivery date.
Two days before your delivery date, you will receive a reminder phone call and text to confirm your delivery address and give your estimated time window for delivery. In order to ensure there is plenty of time to deliver your purchase with care, all deliveries are scheduled in three-hour windows.
Approximately 30 minutes before the delivery team arrives with your purchase, you will a phone call notifying you that that your items are on their way!
In order to complete a delivery, an adult 18 years or older must be present and provide a signature of delivery.
In-Home Delivery Details
With the In-Home Delivery service, the delivery team will bring the items into your home, and if special accommodations are made, they may set them up and place your new items in the area of your choice.
Unless previous accommodations are made for customers receiving the In-Home Delivery service, the delivery team will not enter your home or apartment.
We will still be unboxing and removing all the garbage associated with the packaging (cardboard, Styrofoam and plastic), attaching the hardware, deluxe prepping, touching up and inspecting your product.
Drop Off Details
If you’ve selected either the Free Drop Off or Drop Off Delivery services, the delivery team will bring the items to your front door, garage, apartment lobby, or hallway in front of your apartment.
Items will be in the packaging and are not assembled.
Drop Off Delivery will be between 8 am and 7 pm.

All returns are subject to management approval and a delivery charge will apply to pickup merchandise.
