Will never shop any place else! I love the selection and never feel the need to go anywhere else! I've been working with Lindsay for a couple years now and she always goes out of her way to find not only exactly what I have pictured in my head, but options that are both great quality and a great price! I think she was almost as excited for me to make my home look beautiful, as I was! Perfect, professional, and talented salesperson! UPDATE: Was told on Wednesday 2/20 that a refund would be processed that evening when the truck returned. Called on 2/25 as it hadn't posted to my account yet. They told me to call my bank and check, but when I asked when the refund was processed they said that didn't actually happen until 2/22. Glad it has been processed but why lie? If you had to wait until the salesperson was working to process the refund just tell me that up front. Expectations are important, set them properly and you'll have much happier customers.
Decent store, salesperson we worked with was nice but what a show. Bought a sectional and paid for delivery. Delivery guys came out tried to make it through one door and said it wouldn't fit. Not their fault at all. So measured an alternate entrance and there was more than enough room. Without even trying delivery guys said it still wouldn't fit after making it through the door. Ok....a little more effort would be nice but fine, I can live with that. Won't fit, nothing you can do about it.
So call up the store to see what to do now. Got the same offer from 2 different people. We'll keep it in the warehouse for you and you can come pick it up yourself and try to make it fit.....um what?
Question for you, why on earth if your delivery people said it wouldn't fit...would I waste my time to try to find a rig to drive to pick this thing up to see if it will fit myself? Why is that even an option? Do you have that little faith in your delivery team that this is the first option? Are they that bad at their job? They were nice enough guys so don't want to put this on them but come on.....what kind of an offer is that?
One of the employees even went on to say when their sectional was delivered they said it wouldn't fit and they picked it up themselves and brought it through a patio door....seriously...that is the employees experience too.
Can't believe it. My review probably wouldn't be this bad if they had just issues a refund right away or offered me i don't know any other options.
They are supposed to be issuing a full refund which is good so will be watching for that.

Excellent experience at Furniture Mart! My salesperson, Lindsay was amazing and found me exactly what I wanted. She helped me pick out a fabric that would coordinate together and look great! Very professional and enthusiastic. I also really appreciate that she called me to follow up after my first initial visit! I will always shop there for my furniture. Why go anywhere else? Highly recommended!

If you’d like to take home and set-up your purchase at the convenience your schedule, our Free Store Pickup option is a great one for you. With this service you can order your items online and pick them up at your local Furniture Mart. There are a few things you should keep in mind when placing an order for Store Pickup.
How to Place an Order for Store Pickup
Start by selecting the store you’d like to pick up your items at. You may be assigned a store for pickup based on your locations so if you’d like to pick up your items at a different location, select *store* from the drop down menu on the Cart page and select update.
What to Expect
Your items may not be available for immediate pickup. Once your items are available, you will be notified that your purchase may be picked up at the location selected at the time of your purchase.
In advance of all pickups, we ask that you notify the store and/or distribution center of what time you will be picking up your purchase. This allows us to ensure that your purchase is safely prepared for you to take it home and for our team to be readily available to help you carefully load your items.
For secure transportation, keep in mind that all merchandise will be fully packaged and therefore, may not be assembled. If you choose, you can request to inspect the merchandise before taking items home.
The purchase must be paid in full at or before pickup. To help us ensure the pickup process is seamless, please bring your receipt to the store and/or distribution center. An associate will verify your purchase and help coordinate your pickup.

Once you’ve found your perfect styles, our team starts finding the smartest route to get your purchase to you. We know that you’re eager to receive your new items, so we work hard to deliver your purchase in a timely manner and with care. To help us provide you with an exceptional experience, there are a few things you should know.
How to Place a Delivery Order
To determine what delivery options are available, you will be asked for your zip code while checking out. If your home is in one of the many areas where we offer in-home delivery and free set-up, you will receive a delivery fee as part of your total purchase.
What to Expect
You will be provided with an estimated delivery date based on the availability and stock levels of the items you purchase. If your merchandise is not in stock at the time of your purchase, we will contact you when it becomes available to schedule a delivery date.
One to two days before your delivery date, you will receive a reminder phone call and text to confirm your delivery timeframe. In order to ensure there is plenty of time to deliver and set-up your purchase with care, all deliveries are scheduled in three-hour windows.
Approximately 30 minutes before the delivery team arrives with your purchase, you will a phone call notifying you that that your items are on their way!
The delivery team will bring the items into your home, set them up and place your new items in the area of your choice.
In order to complete a delivery with full set-up, an adult 18 years or older must be present.
Our approach is simple and smart. If you don't use it, you won't lose it.
If you purchase Guardian protection plans and do not file a claim, we’ll give you store credit equal to the price you paid for your protection plan. Plus, our NO USE / NO LOSE Advantage Program is valid with all Protection Plans. How awesome is that!
