Premium Delivery Details

You’ll be asked for your ZIP code while checking out to determine what delivery options are available for you. If your home is in our Premium Delivery area, you will receive a delivery fee included in your total purchase.

You will be given an estimated delivery date based on the availability and stock levels of the items you purchase. If your pieces are not in stock at the time of your purchase, we will contact you as soon as it becomes available to schedule a delivery date.

Two days before your scheduled delivery date, you will receive a phone call reminder and a text message reminder to confirm your delivery address, and to provide an estimated time window for delivery. To ensure that every delivery experience is given utmost care, each delivery time is scheduled in a three-hour window.

To complete a delivery, an adult, 18 years or older, must be present and must provide a signature at time of delivery.

Our delivery team will bring all items into your home, as well as set up and place your new pieces in the space of your choice!

We take care of unboxing the pieces, and we remove all of the packaging from your home so you can enjoy your furniture right away.
