We are actively monitoring public sources of information and guidance, including the CDC and the World Health Organization, as well as working with local health departments to ensure that we are taking the necessary precautions for your well-being. I want to personally share out the extra sanitation processes we are taking in our showrooms, our warehouses, and with our delivery teams, to provide for the health and safety of our team members, our customers and the community.
SHOPPING WITH US We strive to provide a clean and safe store for our customers every day. With the circumstances, we have developed additional sanitation protocols and are taking extra cleaning measures throughout the day to ensure your safety. We are providing hand sanitizer in our showrooms for our customers when they enter our store. We also practice social distancing of six feet as recommended to us by the Centers for Disease Control. When appropriate, common areas, door handles, countertops, computers, credit kiosks and other surfaces are being disinfected with increased frequency throughout the day. We also installed sneeze/cough guards at transaction locations to serve as a physical barrier between customers and team members. We have increased the restroom cleaning and disinfecting cycles. And, our team members are being asked to wash hands frequently throughout the day and to apply hand sanitizers as necessary.

PREPARATION OF YOUR FURNITURE In our warehouses, we are applying the same sanitation protocols with warehouse equipment that our team members use during the handling of your furniture.
RECEIVING DELIVERY OF YOUR FURNITURE For Home Deliveries we encourage a Contactless Delivery option when possible and where available. Contactless Delivery includes Free Drop Off or Drop Off Delivery services, where the delivery team will bring the items to your front door, garage, apartment lobby, or hallway in front of your apartment. For in-home deliveries, our teams are taking extra measures to prevent any unintentional spread of illness. As with stores and warehouses, they will be using hand sanitizers and disinfectant wipes between deliveries and will be disinfecting their interiors and exterior handles of their vehicles as appropriate. They will have gloves, shoe protectors, and will be requesting six feet of social distancing when in your home.
OUR CUSTOMERS Each of our teams have been coached on these extra preventative measures and they will be communicating with leadership regularly.
Finally, we have been steadfast in providing guidance to our associates. We are frequently reminding our associates to stay home if they are sick, wash their hands, use hand sanitizer, clean their personal work spaces, and otherwise to exercise precautionary measures.

If you’d like to take your items home and set them up at the convenience of your schedule, our Free Pickup option is a great one for you. With this service you can order your items online and pick them up at one of our convenient distribution centers located in Fridley, MN, Fargo, ND and Sioux Falls, SD. There are a few things you should keep in mind when placing an order for pickup.
How to Place an Order for Free Pickup
Start by selecting the location you’d like to pick up your items at and then select the Confirm Pickup.
What to Expect
Your items may not be available for immediate pickup. Once your items are available, you will be notified that your purchase may be picked up at the location selected at the time of your purchase.
In advance of all pickups, we ask that you notify the store and/or distribution center of what time you will be picking up your purchase. This allows us to ensure that your purchase is safely prepared for you to take it home and for our team to be readily available to help you carefully load your items.
For secure transportation, keep in mind that all merchandise will be fully packaged and therefore, may not be assembled. If you choose, you can request to inspect the merchandise before taking items home.
The purchase must be paid in full at or before pickup. To help us ensure the pickup process is seamless, please bring your receipt to the store and/or distribution center. An associate will verify your purchase and help coordinate your pickup.
Convenient Delivery Options

Our In-Home Delivery service is available with any size order for just one low fee, if you need assistance setting-up your furniture and/or mattresses, we’ll work to make accommodations. Customers, please note any special accommodations when scheduling your delivery, this will allow us to discuss proper social distancing practices during the delivery and set-up to keep you, our customer, and our teams safe. Drop Off Delivery services are available on all items and in some locations, it’s FREE!
Once you’ve found your perfect styles, our team starts finding the smartest route to get your purchase to you. We know that you’re eager to receive your new items, so we work hard to deliver your purchase in a timely manner and with care. To help us provide you with an exceptional experience, there are a few things you should know.
How to Place a Delivery Order
To determine what delivery options are available, you will be asked for your zip code while checking out. If your home is in one of the many areas where we offer In-Home Delivery, you will receive a delivery fee as part of your total purchase. For customers with homes in zip codes that we offer Free Drop Off, you will not pay any drop off fees as part of your total purchase. Customers in select zip codes will qualify for our Drop Off Delivery and at the time of purchase, you will receive a delivery fee as part of your total purchase.
What to Expect
You will be provided with an estimated delivery date based on the availability and stock levels of the items you purchase. If your merchandise is not in stock at the time of your purchase, we will contact you when it becomes available to schedule a delivery date.
Two days before your delivery date, you will receive a reminder phone call and text to confirm your delivery address and give your estimated time window for delivery. In order to ensure there is plenty of time to deliver your purchase with care, all deliveries are scheduled in three-hour windows.
Approximately 30 minutes before the delivery team arrives with your purchase, you will a phone call notifying you that that your items are on their way!
In order to complete a delivery, an adult 18 years or older must be present and provide a signature of delivery.
In-Home Delivery Details
With the In-Home Delivery service, the delivery team will bring the items into your home, and if special accommodations are made, they may set them up and place your new items in the area of your choice.
Unless previous accommodations are made for customers receiving the In-Home Delivery service, the delivery team will not enter your home or apartment.
We will still be unboxing and removing all the garbage associated with the packaging (cardboard, Styrofoam and plastic), attaching the hardware, deluxe prepping, touching up and inspecting your product.
Drop Off Details
If you’ve selected either the Free Drop Off or Drop Off Delivery services, the delivery team will bring the items to your front door, garage, apartment lobby, or hallway in front of your apartment.
Items will be in the packaging and are not assembled.
Drop Off Delivery will be between 8 am and 7 pm.
