With this service you can order your items online and pick them up at one of our convenient distribution center locations in Fridley, MN, Fargo, ND, and Sioux Falls, SD; as well as select store locations.
How to Place an Order for Free Pickup
During checkout, start by selecting the location you'd like to pick up your items at, and then select "Confirm Pickup".
Due to availability and stock levels, your items may not be available for immediate pickup. As soon as they are available, you will be notified that your purchase may be picked up at the location you selected at checkout.
All items will be fully packaged for safe transportation and may not be fully assembled. If you would prefer, you can request to inspect the items before taking them home.
Your purchase must be paid in full at or before the time of pickup. Please bring your receipt and identification to the store and/or distribution center.
An associate will verify your purchase and help coordinate the rest of your pickup; then your styles are ready for home!
Free drop-off delivery: assembly not included.
Drop-Off Delivery services are available on select items in some locations: it’s FREE with a $799minimum purchase!
When you find your perfect styles, our team starts finding the best route to get your purchase to you. We know that you’re eager to receive your new pieces, so we work hard to deliver in a timely manner with extra care.
How to Place a Free Drop-Off Order
You’ll be asked for your ZIP code while checking out to determine what delivery options are available for you. For customers with homes in our Free Drop-Off area, there will be NO extra charge added to the total purchase if the minimum purchase requirement is met.
Prepping for Free Drop-Off
You will be given an estimated drop-off date based on the availability and stock levels of the items you purchase. If your pieces are not in stock at the time of your purchase, we will contact you as soon as it becomes available to schedule a drop-off date.
Two days before your scheduled drop-off date, you will receive a phone call reminder and a text message reminder to confirm your address, and to provide an estimated time window for your drop-off. To ensure that every drop-off experience is given the utmost care, each drop-off time is scheduled in a three-hour window.
To complete the drop-off, an adult 18 years or older must be present, and must provide a signature at the time of drop-off.
Our delivery team will bring your items as far as the front door, garage, apartment lobby, or hallway in front of your apartment.
Your items will remain in the packaging and will not be assembled.
Drop-Off times will be between 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.
Concealed damaged must be reported within 24 hours to the Help Center.
All returns are subject to management approval, and a delivery charge will apply to pick-up merchandise.

White-Glove Delivery Details
Our delivery team will bring all items into your home, as well as set up and place your new pieces in the spaceof your choice!
We take care of unboxing the pieces, and we remove all of the packaging from your home so you can enjoy your furniture right away.
Item added to your cart
All returns or exchanges must be done within the first seven days of receipt of goods and are subject to company or manager approval. Furniture must be in “like-new” condition. Customer is responsible for all transportation of goods. This policy does not apply to Special-Order merchandise, “AS-IS” merchandise, Clearance merchandise, floor models, bedding and mattresses. All returns are subject to management approval. A pickup charge equal to the original delivery charge will apply. Fabric protection cannot be returned or refunded after it has been applied. Delivery charges are non-refundable after receipt of your merchandise.
In order to receive the full amount of the refund described in this Return Policy, all item(s) must be in new/unused condition and returned with all accessories and parts and securely packed in all original packaging (unless the packing was removed as a part of the In-Home Delivery, in which case please re-pack in a manner to prevent damage during return shipping).
All returned item(s) are inspected immediately upon receipt. Any appropriate exchanges, credits and refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the returned item(s); taxes are refunded in accordance with applicable state law. With the exception of refunds for damaged or defective merchandise, shipping, delivery, and handling charges are nonrefundable, and return shipping or pickup fees may apply. Refunds are made based on the payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow 10-14 days following receipt of eligible returned item(s) for any credit or refund to display on your credit card statement.
