At the time of your purchase, our associates can help you schedule your delivery of any size order for one low fee. Plus we’ll even set them up for free.
How to Schedule
To determine what delivery options are available, you will be asked for your zip code while checking out. If your home is in one of the many areas where we offer in-home delivery and free set-up, you will be quoted a delivery cost as part of your total purchase.
What to Expect
An estimated delivery date will be provided based on merchandise stock and availability. If your merchandise is not in stock when you make your purchase, we will contact you when it becomes available to schedule a delivery date.
- One to two days before your delivery date, you will receive a reminder phone call and text to confirm your delivery timeframe. Keep in mind that we schedule three-hour delivery windows to ensure we have time to get to you and set-up everything properly.
- About 30 minutes before the delivery team arrives, you'll receive a quick phone call so you will know that your furniture is on its way!
- During the delivery, the delivery team will bring the items into your home, set them up and place them in the area of your choice.
- In order to complete a delivery with full set-up, an adult 18 years or older must be present.
In-store pickup Information
In-store pickup is an option available to customers who'd like to take home and set-up their items at the convenience of their own schedules. Once the items arrive at the store, you'll be notified so you can pick them up at the most convenient location for you.
What to Expect
Upon product availability, you will be notified that your items are available for pickup at the location selected when your purchase was made.
When you are notified that your items are in, if possible, let the store or distribution center know when you’ll be picking up your items. Once you arrive, our team will help you load your items. For secure transportation, keep in mind that all merchandise will be fully packaged and therefore, may not be assembled. If you choose, you can request to inspect the merchandise before taking items home.
The purchase must be paid in full at or before pickup. To help us ensure the pickup process is seamless, please bring your receipt to the store and/or distribution center. An associate will verify your purchase and help coordinate your pickup.
